The more you order with us, the more points you can collect – and the more you will be able to enjoy the benefits of our loyalty scheme.

How do I set up a customer account?
You can set up a customer account here. Simply fill in your email address and a password will be sent to your email address.
You will also have the option to set up an account when you make a purchase.
From then on you should be able to access your account at any time by clicking on the customer icon in the top right-hand corner of the homepage, or by using this link: https://www.frankie-lola.com/my-account/
How does our loyalty scheme work?
With our new loyalty points system, you can earn 5 points for every £1 you spend, and once you reach 100 points you will receive a £1 discount. You will have 12 months to use your points.
All the points you earn are stored within your customer account under the ‘My Points’ section, and you can redeem them with your next order. You can also apply points to previous orders.
